Senzo Meyiwa trial: Defence advocate abandons application to challenge court’s jurisdiction
Advocate Malesela Teffo, who represents four of the men accused of murdering former Bafana Bafana goalkeeper, Senzo Meyiwa, has abandoned his jurisdiction challenge.
The Gauteng High Court in Pretoria heard on Tuesday that Teffo had not filed heads of arguments in terms of the jurisdiction challenge he had previously made.
Teffo previously argued that the trial was being heard by the wrong and that the South Gauteng High Court was where the trial should be held.
